Job Description:
Our client, an industry leader in Aerospace and Industrial seal
applications, is seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
(DIRECT HIRE) to join their team. As a Production Supervisor - 2nd
Shift (DIRECT HIRE), you will be part of the Manufacturing
Department supporting the production operations. The ideal
candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset,
and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (DIRECT
HIRE) Location: Hanover, PA Pay Range: $72K-$75K Shift: 2nd Shift
(3pm-11pm) What's the Job? Manage, analyze, and facilitate
production activities on 2nd shift to meet operational goals.
Supervise and motivate 2nd shift production employees, ensuring
adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate with the
Operations Manager for resource analysis and capacity planning.
Plan and assign work based on changing priorities to optimize
productivity. Train, mentor, and develop machine operators to
foster continuous improvement and skill enhancement. What's Needed?
Minimum education: HSD or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree in
business, engineering, or related field preferred. At least 3 years
of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing and inspiring direct reports, with a focus on
team development. Union experience is preferred. Ability to train
on 1st and 3rd shifts as needed. What's in it for me? Opportunity
