Job Description:

Residential Warranty Company, LLC (RWC) is a leading national home warranty company that offers structural home warranties along with other warranty products to new home builders, remodelers, manufacturers, etc. We are seeking a full time Warranty Claims Representative. The successful candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented and capable of working well in an office environment. This is a high volume and challenging position. Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with homeowners, builders, contractors, engineers and attorneys across the country, to administer and resolve warranty claims relating to defects in residential new homes.
• Analyzing various warranty books, inspection data and other pertinent documents to make a determination of coverage.
• Executing letters and reports outlining the resolution process and coverage determinations.
• Capable of learning the various home warranty programs, coverages and the claims process as a whole.
  Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Word and Outlook)
  • Residential construction knowledge a plus
    Job Type: Full-timeCOVID-19 considerations:Due to COVID-19, our employees are temporarily working remotely from home. Training, however, will be conducted at the office site. COVID-19 safety protocols are diligently practiced while in the office building.
