The Customer Success Specialist position at Schaedler Yesco is a
member of the Schaedler Yesco Industrial Automation team. This team
is responsible for the Pre and Post Sales of Rockwell Automation
products and services. Rockwell Automation is the market leader in
factory automation technology and services.
The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for
supporting positive customer experiences in the automation services
business segment. The person applying for this position should be
willing to take ownership of the issue and/or tasks and ensure its
completion and contribute to the growth of the automation services
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Post-Secondary Education in business or related subject
- Computer skills:
- Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience with ERP Systems (Eclipse, SAP) and business
intelligence systems (Phocas, Power B.I.) is a plus.
- Strong organization and presentation skills
- A propensity for relationship building
- Industry knowledge
