Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! The Customer Service Representative is the "go to" person in the Body Shop for customer assistance. As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for handing incoming phone calls to the Body Shop, setting appointments for customers, updating customers on repair order status and processing payments. We may also have you communicate with our insurance partners, as well as handle filing duties and light accounting functions to support the body shop. Job Responsibilities Greet customers upon arrival, answer customers' questions and provide information with the help of service advisors, estimators and/or department managers. Set initial and follow-up appointments with the customers. Assist customers with their requests and direct them to the appropriate dealership contact as needed. Assist the customer to ensure complete satisfaction by greeting customers, answering their needs, and generally helping around the shop as needed. Treat every customer with honesty and respect. Open and close repair orders and estimates as needed. Process credit or debit card transactions and validate checks. Use electronic scanners, cash registers or related equipment. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Prior retail/receptionist or customer service experience is preferred. Perform consistently to provide excellent customer service. Requires the ability to work in a team environment as well as strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to set appointments using an online system and understand basic technical information.
