Our Sales and Marketing Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell PwC's brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

As the Analytics and SEO Senior Manager, this position is responsible for optimizing organic search results in strategic areas and consulting on search opportunities with paid media to enable PwC's global digital experience strategy and support the development of targeted, personalised digital experiences for PwC global clients across all digital channels.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates an intimate abilities and knowledge with, and/or a proven record of success in, the execution of external/internal digital advertising programs, preferably within a global network of professional services firms, emphasizing the following:

  • Understanding of the latest SEO best practices to be successful across all major search engines worldwide:
  • Developing SEO strategy and implementing to drive an optimized digital experience;
  • Designing and conducting A/B tests to drive SEO;
  • Creating and executing organic search programs, ideally in a B2B context;
  • Generating, collecting and analysing customer behavior data from SEO and website analytics;
  • Partnering with IT teams to develop and evolve SEO product features and tools;
  • Designing, building and shipping search engine sitemaps;
  • Analyzing technical SEO issues and recommending fixes;
  • Configuring metadata for popular social network link-sharing cards;
  • Working in reporting platforms such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Tableau;
  • Tailoring technical content to non-technical audiences based on needs;
  • Consulting with marketing specialists to optimize the effectiveness of digital campaigns, with a focus on understanding customer behaviours and managing conversion and lead generation;
  • Acting as a subject matter expert to advise on optimization of campaigns on digital channels;
  • Building and managing relationships across the other global marketing teams and across the business;
  • Leading and coaching a team working across multiple projects;
  • Experience working with marketing automation systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe DPE);
  • Expertise across marketing and sales capabilities, including sales, marketing, brand and strategic marketing in a B2B context;
  • Creating data-driven, targeted, personalized digital experiences for clients across all digital channels;
  • Creating a closed loop between marketing and sales to shorten lead times and improve client impact;
  • Successful track record for translating business strategies into marketing strategies and driving execution to deliver measurable commercial results;
  • Managing outside vendors, agencies and contractors to deliver optimized search results and experiences; and,
  • Driving difficult conversations with senior business stakeholders and being confident in saying no to all levels of the organization when necessary by relating strategy to difficult decisions.
