service-oriented professionals with a drive to succeed.
Successful candidates will be responsible for assisting
customers in the purchase of their auto parts by offering
next-level customer service, knowledgeable and helpful
conversation, and timely follow-through.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers who are placing orders,
inquiring about products, returning product, etc.
- Assist customers in our showroom.
- Provide purchasing suggestions.
- Enter and process orders/returns.
- Answer questions/educate customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding questions, issues with
orders and complaints.
- Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written,
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven &
customer-focused environment desired.
- Automotive knowledge a plus, but not required.
