About the Client Success Coach position

We are looking for an Client Success Coach to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Client Success Coach's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Client Success Coach responsibilities are:

  • Acting as a communication hub for clients/customers

  • Building long-term rapport with customers

  • Being able to negotiate contracts effectively

  • Resolving customer disputes and attending to inquiries

  • Providing reports on account

  • Finding opportunities to assist with the growth of the company

  • Developing ideas/strategies to help build a good relationship with clients

  • Assisting with critical issues and escalations

Client Success Coach requirements are:

  • Experience as an Account Manager or related profession

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Familiar with CRM software and MS Office

  • Knowledgeable about delivering solutions based on customer needs

  • Ability to manage multiple projects

  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or related field
