UPMC Pinnacle is looking for IT analysts with scheduling and
registration experience preferably in Epic Grand Central/Cadence.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for day-to-day
communication, reviews the software, demonstrates a deeper
understanding of business operations, and works with Epic, the
Project Team(s), and end users to tailor the system to fit the
organization's needs. The intermediate system analyst routinely
performs analysis of workflows, data collection, report details,
and other technical issues associated with the use of Epic
software; is responsible for developing and documenting the
internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with Epic
applications; and will design, build, test, install and maintain
- Second and Third Level Support (Including Maintenance
Activities)Independently triage and resolve level 1 and level 2
support issues. Escalate level 3 support issues accordingly.
- SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)Have an intermediate
understanding of the application development life cycle. Ability to

- Application Upgrades and Implementation - Review and validate
functionality of application upgrades and implementations. Report

Additionally, this position may be required to maintain a stand
by status as part of a rotation within the team. This requires 24
hours per day, 7 days per week availability during the stand by
period. The frequency varies based upon the number of colleagues in
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
