Itero Group is growing! We are on the search for a Business Systems Analyst who has skills in management, finance, research, and data analysis. Specially with experience building custom software.Primary Responsibilities: Gathering user requirements, analyzing and defining business process flows, and preparing details methods and procedures. Designing, configuring, testing Medical devices and supplies. Follows the Client's business requirement's documentation process utilizing the appropriate tools. Conducts detailed research to analyze gaps between existing business processes and best practices in order to recommend process improvements. Must be a self-starter with the drive and ability to achieve planned objectives.Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required Five or more years of related IT work experience preferably in the health insurance industry Designs test plans, leads business testing teams, reports on testing progress and leads resolution of Q/A problems/repair prioritization. Translates business needs to process, function and data models for automated solutions to business problems. Requires knowledge of system development life cycle and implementation methodologies Requires excellence in structured query languages, or analysis techniques Demonstrates understanding of core business functions Demonstrates skillful project execution experience and knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of programming, development, and technical architectureAbout Itero Group Itero Group is a Woman-Owned Small Business focused on leveraging Agile Innovation to drive our client's mission to successful outcomes.
