Job Description:
The BI Developer is responsible for creating, managing and
maintaining BI and analytic solutions that turn data into
knowledge. In this role, the BI Developer will work in support of
all managers and users requiring data for decision making. They
will provide data expertise with emphasis on data design, access,
usage, security and quality of information assets.As our BI
Developer, you will:+ Design, code, test and aggregate results from
SQL queries to provide information to business users+ Perform data
warehouse design and modelling according to established standards+
Create technical documentation to capture database contents and/or
relationship between existing DB entities+ Participate in the
design, development and analysis of data architecture and
warehousing+ Communicate complex technical constructs to business
users+ Translate business requirements into technical
specifications+ Evaluate and improve existing BI systems+
Collaborate with multiple departments to integrate systems+ Create
visualizations and reports for requested projects+ Strive to stay
updated with business operations and business intelligence
processes+ Perform other duties and projects as assignedJOB
REQUIREMENTSRequirements:+ A Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science
or related field+ 2-3 years in business intelligence and data
warehousing environments+ Experience in using existing BI tools and
reporting technologies such as (Power BI, Crystal Reports, SSRS,
SSIS packages etc.)+ Highly skilled in managing and maintaining SQL
Server+ Expert understanding of development environments like SQL
Server Management Studio, Visual Studio etc.+ Experience in writing
complex relational and multidimensional database queries+ Exposure
