**Job Description Summary**
The ICS DevSecOps Foundation Services group is seeking an
Engineer to support the team in executing on the open source
strategy and provide ongoing support of and enhancement to the
enterprise open source library governance service, powered by Black
Duck. This Engineer will work with the broader DevSecOps Pipeline
as well, which is a highly integrated toolchain that includes tools
like GitHub, CloudBees CI (Jenkins), Nexus, UCD, and Argo CD. This
Engineer will also execute on the implementation of innovative
application delivery pipeline capabilities that service the
DevSecOps and software development groups across the
