Job Description:

A large client is looking for a desktop support tech to join their team. This person will serve as tier 2 support and be the POC for escalated break/ fix tickets. He/ She would fall under the endpoint team closing anywhere from 15-25 tickets a day as well as any additional projects assigned to them. Minimum Requirements- 1+ years of experience working as a Tier 2 Desktop Support- Windows 10- Troubleshooting O365 Desired Skills- Basic iOS experience- PowerShell (internal applications run on PowerShell)- Remedy Incident Management- Previous exposure to SCCMby Jobble
