Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 5 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: * Representing Accessibility for Designers subject matter expertise to Creative Leads and product design teams; * Leading research, design and execution of solutions in accessibility; * Providing digital accessibility and inclusive design expertise to assist the team in accessibility requests with product teams; * Assisting product and technology teams with understanding how WCAG and accessibility activities fit within the product life cycle; * Supporting accessibility evaluation of new and existing products; * Engaging with key stakeholders to drive accessibility program maturity; * Contributing to program priorities towards developing and delivering accessibility related learning, workshops etc.; * Possessing significant experience with accessibility standards, accessibility features, and inclusive design practices; * Having experience with WCAG 2.1; * Having experience designing for assistive technologies and contributing to design systems for digital products; * Understanding of code and accessibility inspection & evaluation tools; * Having experience driving organizational change through advocacy and coaching; * Reviewing your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance; * Seeking and embracing opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives; * Demonstrating critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems; * Reviewing engagement timelines and providing status updates and reports; * Demonstrating proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment with competing priorities; * Preparing for team and stakeholder interactions by anticipating others' needs and tailoring Accessibility consultations appropriately; and, * Bringing a depth of design and accessibility knowledge that complements and strengthens a culture beginning to apply accessibility practices across a product lifecycle.
