Associate, Client Applications - COApply now (Position Overview :This position will handle client support requests, user acceptance testing, troubleshooting issues related to the use of SitusAMC applications, and other client support as needed. The ideal candidate is someone who excels under pressure; is client focused; and, is analytically and technically savvy. This position would also include working with our national clients, which include financial institutions, pension funds and insurance companies.Essential Job Functions :Basic support of SitusAMC applications typically consisting of triage, documentation of problem, initial troubleshooting and if required escalation to senior technical resourceMaintains product expertise and stays up to date with the latest product releasesResponsible for online support content, links to support resources and knowledge base articlesPerforming remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questionsServe as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email or chatRecord events and problems and their resolution in logsPrioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholdersActively resolve and/or escalate incidents and service requests by ensuring they are handled within an agreed time limit, within agreed processes, and in a professional and customer sensitive mannerEscalate incidents to Tier II and Tier III using outlined processes to support teams and partners service desksConduct training and assisting other agents on troubleshooting and diagnosing problemsResponsible for attending meetings, training sessions, reviewing performance, and ensuring that organizational objectives and goals have been metResponsible for testing and evaluating SitusAMCs software web and mobile applicationsDesign, develop, execute, and maintain test plans based on software requirements to ensure every product launch is a successValidate product features and functionality against acceptance criteriaActively communicate testing status including schedule, risks, issues, and potential impacts of release schedule to stakeholdersWork closely with product owner to ensure user story acceptance criteria is being met by each sprintProvide product demonstrations of new features to stakeholders during the sprint review meetingWork independently on projects and also collaborate face to face as a team playerOther activities as may be assigned by your managerQualifications/ Requirements :Associate's degree or above in computer science, information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of applicable experience strongly preferredAbility to complete assignments with minimal direct supervisionStrong attention to detail, organization and time management skillsSelf-motivated and have the desire to learn and growExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA passion for building relationships and making customers happyA problem-solving mentality that can think of creative solutionsAbility to stay client focused in a fast paced environmentAnalytically and Technically SavvySkills: MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word, Argus EnterpriseThe pay range for this role is $45,000 to $65,000 annually. Discretionary Bonus: You may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus which may be paid annually or more frequently as determined by SAMC senior management. In general, SAMC considers the performance of the firm, the employees performance, his or her departments performance, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and internal guidelines, and external market factors in awarding bonuses. Discretionary bonuses are subject to the final approval of SAMCs management. Employees must be actively employed by SAMC at the time the bonus is paid in order to be eligible for a bonus. Whether or not an employee receives a bonus and, if so, the amount of the bonus is at the sole discretion of SAMC management. SAMC offers a PTO program and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the Employee Handbook.
