R0028225Contract Administration SpecialistWaltham, MA or RemoteThe Contract Administration Specialist will support the International Sales Force during the sales process. The analyst will participate in the review of pricing requests and the fulfillment of contract requests by reviewing gathered data, independent research, and enforcing existing policies and guidelines specific to International Segment.*This position will work from a remote home office and can be based anywhere in the U.S.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviews and approves quotes up to a certain annual contract value, including complex pricing requests and exceptions. Ensures requests are within established guidelines or carry appropriate approvals (understanding the nuances of the pricing guidelines as they vary from country to country is essential to their accurate enforcement).
  • Produces contracts based on the approved offering. This includes identifying the correct contract template to match the given request, as well as editing the template in order to match any specifications required beyond the standard form.
  • Processes enterprise orders by securing countersignature and confirming contract details match system data at time of booking order.
  • Monitors email box to support interdepartmental correspondence and tracks requests that flow through the contracts team but require external assistance or input for resolution.
  • Assists in the review of complex documents and facilitates the negotiation of their contents using sound business principles and coordinating with legal and other internal departments where appropriate.
  • Remain within SLAs established for a particular request along with appropriate enforcement of policies.
  • Documents and archives deliverables in accordance with established standards and naming conventions.
  • Performs other duties/internal projects as assigned by supervisor.
  • Identifies opportunities of improvement and gaps in process and takes initiative to develop, recommend, and implement enhancements and efficiencies where possible.QUALIFCATIONSEducation: BS/BA preferred, or equivalent experienceRequired Experience:
    • 1+ years quoting/pricing and contracts review or equivalent relevant experience
    • MS Office; Word, Excel, Power Point and OutlookPreferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
      • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
      • Ability to work independently
