**Company :**Highmark Health**Job Description :****JOB SUMMARY**This job is responsible for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform and project delivery oversight from a technology, solution, and architecture perspective. Manages hardware/software provisioning and access support. Supervise and mentor the activities of the onshore and offshore team members.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**+ Perform management responsibilities to include but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.+ Establish and maintain software delivery standards. Responsible for facilitating RPA governance model to ensure consistency across the organization.+ Facilitate release planning and deployment, decision making and hand-off to business and/or managed services teams. Own and manage the switch over of the automation from Development to Production, maintaining alignment across. automation initiatives.+ Coordinate setup of IT infrastructure and provisioning of application and bot account access. Should be able to perform feasibility assessment and technical optimization.+ Directly assist with development of a solutions architecture including strategic roadmaps, product upgrades, current market trends and project portfolios.+ Oversee testing results around hardware / software performance.
