ICF is looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI)
Developer to join our growing data visualization team and build
innovative tools and services that address complex issues at the
intersection of data analytics, metric reporting, and design.

Work independently and as a member of a multi-functional, dynamic,
multi-disciplinary team to setup and manage dynamic data
visualizations and dashboards using a variety of Tableau products+
Work with clients to choose the right indicators and visualizations
to tell compelling stories from complex data+ Demonstrate excellent
communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
with end-users, the development team, and management.+ Produce
readable, straightforward documentation for BI dashboards and
record comprehensive trainings for delivery to end-users.+ Perform
multi-step data analysis tasks starting with unstructured datasets.
Clean and parse raw data, load datasets into different platforms
and develop visualizations and reports for presentation to decision
makers. Tools you will be working with:+ Tableau Desktop+ Tableau
Prep+ Power BI+ Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript+ Some
Python/R scripting experience+ Data relationship database
experienceBasic Qualifications:+ Bachelor's degree (data
analytics/science, computer science, or related discipline).+
Tableau or Power BI Certification+ 2-5 years of experience building
and customizing BI Dashboards in Tableau Desktop and Power BI+
Expertise creating dashboard reports and efficiently and
effectively communicating BI insights+ 2-5 years of experience with
data analytics and processing tools such as Talend, Python/R, or
SQL+ Ability to perform complex, ad hoc data analysis tasks+ US
Citizen or Permanent Lawful Resident (Green Card Holder) preferred.
Employment must be compliant with eligibility for Public Trust
Clearance due to Government Contract.Preferred Qualifications:+
Knowledge of the principles of good data visualization+ Knowledge
of data mining, database design, and basic machine learning
concepts+ Ability to use statistical tools for data interpretation
and report preparation+ Knowledge of data visualization tools,
including Tableau and Power BI, and familiarity with other similar
tools like Qlik is a plus+ Familiarity with 508 issues and
compliance.+ Demonstrated experience showing strong critical
thinking and problem-solving skills paired with a desire to take

. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in
determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited
to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and
competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location,
education and certifications as well as contract provisions
regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The
pay range for this position is $75,524.00 - $128,390.00Virginia
