of the system. Job Description: At Regions, the Enterprise Agile
Coach supports the execution of the enterprise Agile transformation
strategy. This position supports and manages various types of
strategic initiatives that have potential impact to people,
process, and technology. Additionally, this position will
collaborate with others within the organization in support of an
overall Agile transformation. Primary Responsibilities Supports and
executes key aspects of multiple large transformation initiatives
Facilitates discussion with teams and managers to drive key
decisions related to Agile Transformation plans and activities
Provides coaching and mentoring to agile teams, across all roles,
using a variety of agile process frameworks, methods, or practices
Partners with teams and managers to identify the change impact of
Agile Transformation activities within the team or area Develops
and tracks progress metrics This position is exempt from
timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is
not eligible for overtime pay. Requirements Bachelor's degree in
related field and three (3) years of experience in an agile
coaching role Or HS Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of
experience in an agile coaching role Preferences Certified Scrum
Master (CSM or PSM) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO or PSPO)
Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) Kanban Management Professional
(KMP) SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) SAFe SPC certification
(SPC) Skills and Competencies Ability to lead the planning,
execution, and communication of transformation initiatives Ability
to support key initiatives Knowledge of Kanban, Lean Software
Development, Scrum, and SAFe Knowledge of organizational change
management framework and methodology Knowledge of relevant metrics
(e.g. work in progress, throughput, cycle time, lead time, flow
efficiency) Skilled in leveraging facilitated conversations and
events with defined agendas to identifying the right decision and
commitment to that decision amongst the teams or teams Skilled in
following a defined coaching approach and using questioning
techniques to help teams set goals, identify actions to achieve
goals, and commitment to those goals Skilled in mentoring
individuals and teams by providing experience-based advice and
guidance Strong teaching skills and ability to train audiences
varying in size Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay
ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market
reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly
impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills,
knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly,
performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals,
pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the national range
and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $95,710.00
USD Median: $121,190.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not
