  • In addition to the ePATCH background check, PTC requires a National Criminal Background Check prior to engagement start.
    
  • Position is primarily remote, however the expectation that the selected resource will be available to report on-site within 3 hours, if needed.
    
    
    
    Position Duties:
    
    1. Windows Server Administration:
    
    o Request new servers based on type of application being deployed
    
    o Use RDP to connect to manage applications on windows servers
    
    o Perform application installs on windows servers
    
    o Manage IIS configurations
    
    
    
    2. SAP Basis Administration:
    
    o Perform System monitoring
    
    o Modify Technical system configurations
    
    o Perform System planning and implementation
    
    o Move transports from one system to another
    
    o Configure jobs.
    
    
    
    3. ServiceNow Administration:
    
    o Modify System configurations
    
    o Deploying update sets
    
    o Submit incidents & Change requests
    
    
    
    4. OnBase Administration:
    
    o Modify System configurations
    
    o Manage email configuration in non-prod systems
    
    o Manage IIS OnBase site configurations
    
    
    
    5. MS Dynamics Administration:
    
    o Create new CE environments based on business needs
    
    o Manually backup and restore environments when needed on a case-by-case basis
    
    o Deploy solutions from one environment to another and execute documented post steps
    
    
    
    6. MS Finance and Operations:
    
    o Manage systems through Lifecycle Services
    
    o Deploy packages to FO systems
    
    o Create new FO sandbox/dev systems when needed
    
    
    
    7. MS Azure:
    
    o Manage resources such as LogicApps, API's, APP Registrations, etc.
    
    o Setup new and manage existing alerts
    
    
    
    8. MS Azure DevOps:
    
    o Run pipelines when needed
    
    o Modify configurations as needed
    
    
    
    We are seeking a resource with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in as many of the following products/platforms/activities as possible:
    
    " Windows server OS administration
    
    " Application ABAP experience in ECC, SRM, BW, SOLMAN, FIORI, GRC
    
    " Application JAVA experience in NW Portal, LVM, PO
    
    " ServiceNow System Administration / Configurations
    
    " OnBase System Administration / Configurations
    
    " MS Dynamics (including CE, F&O, and General system)
    
    " MS Azure services (LogicApps, API's, APP Registrations, etc.)
    
    " MS Azure DevOps Administration
    
    " Create, update and maintain system documentation
