Job Description As a Purchasing Expeditor you will:

• Review/analyze MRP output reports and on-line screens to determine valid requirements
• Establish priorities, schedules, coordinates, and monitors the flow of material incoming to meet production commitments.
• Contact suppliers via email/phone to expedite parts and returns to support production schedule.
• Process returns of defective material from BAE to suppliers
• Constant follow-up with suppliers to ensure they ship to their commit dates
• Daily data entry into a shared excel file
• This position requires multitasking ability and attention to detail. This position is a 9/80 schedule and will be a hybrid work schedule- some days in office, some days work from home.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • High School/GED and 3 years of experience or equivalent experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Professional communications skills required and must be comfortable talking to vendors in-person and on the telephone
  • Must have 3 years relevant experience and a basic understanding of material process flowPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Prefer Associates Degree in Supply Chain or 2 years experience in relevant discipline
    • Working knowledge of Oracle and/or TIPQA are a plusPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $46500 - $74400Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
