Job Description:

Come join the Milton Conagra team where we produce the delicious Chef Boyardee. As the Operations Support Specialist, you will provide support for purchasing and inventory management. You will process invoices and credit card payments. You will be reviewing goods receipt and invoices to assure accuracy; research and problem solving; and backing up plant procurement, scheduling, and supply room if needed. You will report to the Material Planning Manager and work on-site at the Milton, PA plant on 2nd Shift.You Will:

• Review invoices and inventory transactions for accuracy
• Investigate and correct discrepancies, reaching out to corporate and plant resources as needed.
• Provide backup and perform duties as needed for procurement, scheduling, inventory control, and supply room associates.
• Review daily inventory and reports in support of procurement department.
• Write purchase requisitions and/or purchase orders for goods and services as needed.
• Receive and review incoming stock for discrepancies/damage and works with vendors to resolve.
• Conducts cycle counts of supply room inventory and participates in yearly inventory counts.You Have:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years relevant experience
  • Proficient in general computer operations with strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint SAP preferred
  • Intermediate math skillsCompensation: -Pay Range:$37,000-$48,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
