*Critical Care Nurse Practitioner - Locum Position**Location:* Hershey, PA*Specialty:* Critical Care (Cardiac ICU)*Schedule:* *Three 13-hour shifts per week* (7 AM - 8 PM or 7 PM - 8 AM)Includes *nights, weekends, and holidays**Pay Rate:* $140 per hourWe are seeking an *experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioner* to join a *high-acuity cardiac ICU team* in Hershey, PA. This locum role offers an exciting opportunity to work with *advanced cardiac patients*, competitive compensation, and a dynamic team environment.*Key Responsibilities:** Manage *HVI CCU patients* under the guidance of an Intensivist* Oversee *VA & VV ECMO, Impella, LVAD, and cardiac transplant patients** Perform *daily rounding, patient management, order entry, and admissions** Provide *post-operative management* and conduct procedures including:* *Arterial lines** *Central lines** *Swan-Ganz catheter placement** *Intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) removal**Requirements:** *Board-certified Nurse Practitioner* with critical care experience* Extensive experience in a *cardiac ICU setting** Proficiency in *advanced cardiac life support and critical care procedures*This is an exceptional opportunity for an NP seeking *high-level critical care experience* in a *fast-paced, cutting-edge cardiac ICU*.
