Job Description:
Seeking experienced RN with ----- -2 years in labor and
delivery, offering a $10K incentive.
Provides independent, complex nursing care, developing long-term
plans and delegating tasks.
Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning,
intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, social, and cultural
needs; administers medications and monitors effects.
Documents patient data accurately, educates patients and families,
and ensures safety and quality care.
Maintains compliance with healthcare laws, standards, and policies;
participates in unit operations, staffing, and quality
improvement.
Uses clinical policies, manages health information, and ensures
equipment safety.
Requires BLS, RN license, and certification in fetal monitoring and
NRP; ACLS preferred.
Work schedule: 7PM-7AM, full-time. New nurses must complete
orientation and competency validation.
