Support Specialist plays a crucial role in implementing and
maintaining the IT Service Management (ITSM) Platform at DFES. You
will be joining a diverse and friendly team that is integral to the
daily operations of ICT, including collaboration with plan, build,
and run functions. Your responsibilities include developing and
maintaining ITSM initiatives, improving governance and
administration, and enhancing processes, procedures, and tools.
Additionally, the role provides support for staff in delivering
various ICT Services to meet business demand and priorities.Sounds
