possible!ResponsibilitiesThe Data Scientist will be responsible
for:
- Providing advanced data analytics and predictive strategic
workforce planning via web-based capabilities and reporting.
- Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and HR SMEs to
understand processes, develop requirements, identify data elements,
and interpret results.
- Analyzing complex datasets and developing techniques to
integrate and structure data for analysis.
- Supporting data quality improvement and business process
transformation through automation.
- Creating visualizations and dashboards using various
tools.
- Providing detailed reports and advising non-technical customers
on data interpretation.
- Mentoring junior data scientists and working independently or
in teams.
- Proposing new analytics products based on data pipelines to add
value for customers.QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science,
engineering, mathematics, or data analytics.
- 7+ years of experience in data or business analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience developing dashboards with tools like Tableau, Power
BI, or similar.
- Knowledge of data architecture, data munging, feature
engineering, and predictive analytics.
- Self-motivated with the ability to identify improvement
opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both
technical and business teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in the NCR, Washington, D.C., Reston,
VA, or College Park, MD.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with willingness to obtain a
polygraph; current polygraph preferred.Desired:
- Master's degree or higher.
- Experience with machine learning models and Python
libraries.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Management consulting experience.
- Experience with unstructured text, NLP, and deploying models in
production.
- Previous experience in people analytics.#LI-SH1Salary range:
$130,986 - $233,154, determined by skills, experience, education,
and certifications. Final compensation considers location, internal
factors, and client requirements.
