Job SummaryCAI is hiring! We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our organization internally on one of our project teams in support of a large, on-going Pennsylvania State Government initiative.In this role, you will work with a team of developers and business stakeholders to as part of an ongoing modernization of an existing legacy application.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for gathering, modifying and recommending business requirements for information technology projects.
  • Works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer goals are achieved.
  • Elicits and documents business requirements and documents business processes
  • Utilizes tools and techniques standard to business analysis
  • Has a solid understanding of BA functions, systems, and processes.
  • Assists with development of policies and procedures related to business analysis.
    QualificationsExperience/Education Required
    • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related field and a minimum 3 years related IT experience or 3-5+ years' experience working with enterprise applications.
      Skills Required
      • 1-3 years IT industry experience
      • 1-3 years Business Analysis experience
      • 1+ years' experience with enterprise applications
      • Experience working with multiple clients and facilitating requirements sessions
      • Experience eliciting and documenting requirements
      • Experience working with multiple concurrent application releases
      • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
      • Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner.
