DESCRIPTION OF WORK The incumbent of this position is responsible for managing the relationship with assigned program areas within agencies covered by the Health and Human Services Delivery Center (HHSDC). These duties may be conducted directly or through subordinate staff. The incumbent is responsible for representing assigned program areas in negotiations/meet and discuss with those unions representing staff in the assigned areas. The incumbent is responsible for administering and implementing the provisions of the collective bargaining agreements. The incumbent interprets labor agreements/memoranda of understanding, civil service rules, department and commonwealth policies, and state/federal statutes and regulations.Interested in learning more? In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: + One year as a Human Resource Analyst 3 in the area of the parenthetical;or + One year as Human Resource Director 1 or Field Human Resource Officer 2, and oneyear of professional experience in the area of the parenthetical;or + One year of experience in the performance of professional supervisory orspecialist developmental human resource work in the area of the parenthetical; and a bachelor's degree;or + An equivalent combination of experience and training.
