Description+ Benefits+ QuestionsTHE POSITION This is advanced
supervisory personnel work in the field of labor relations, with
responsibility for ensuring that, through the actions of
subordinate staff, all aspects of the Section's functions are
properly administered in support of the agencies served by the
Health and Human Services Human Resource Delivery Center (HHSHRDC).
DESCRIPTION OF WORK The incumbent of this position is responsible
for managing the relationship with assigned program areas within
agencies covered by the Health and Human Services Delivery Center
(HHSDC). These duties may be conducted directly or through
subordinate staff. The incumbent is responsible for representing
assigned program areas in negotiations/meet and discuss with those
unions representing staff in the assigned areas. The incumbent is
responsible for administering and implementing the provisions of
the collective bargaining agreements. The incumbent interprets
labor agreements/memoranda of understanding, civil service rules,
department and commonwealth policies, and state/federal statutes

Work Schedule and Additional Information: + Full-time employment.+
Work hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute
lunch.+ Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home
(telework) part-time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework,
you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.
If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report
to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.+ Salary: In some cases,

Experience and Training Requirements: + One year as a Human
Resource Analyst 3 in the area of the parenthetical;or + One year
as Human Resource Director 1 or Field Human Resource Officer 2, and
oneyear of professional experience in the area of the
parenthetical;or + One year of experience in the performance of
professional supervisory orspecialist developmental human resource
work in the area of the parenthetical; and a bachelor's degree;or +
