**Company :** HM Health Solutions **Job Description :** HM Health Solutions Inc. d/b/a enGen, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, has a work-at-home Senior Business Intelligence Analyst position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems) responsible for designing, developing, and modifying software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences. Specific duties include: (i) choosing the type of database for various collections of data, such as Oracle, SQL, Teradata, or MS access based on the application requirements; (ii) creating dashboard metrics on claims systems as well as developing dashboards on staff productivity; and (iii) creating and maintaining deliverables such as business vision, requirements, testing plan, testing schedule, testing scenarios, testing outcomes, and user task analysis. Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or a related field plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressively responsible experience in a related position. Experience must include: (i) three (3) years of organizing data into reports and dashboards using Cognos Analytics and Power BI; (ii) three (3) years with SQL and Query Optimization; (iii) three (3) years with Oracle; (iv) three (3) years with data warehouses, databases, and data marts; and (v) two (2) years with ETL processes using Alteryx and Denodo tools to load data into data warehouses and data marts in order to develop reports.
