Learn more about our company at www.clarktransfer.com or on our Facebook page.Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities:To ensure that theatrical and live entertainment customer service needs are fully met to Clark Transfer's high standards by:Providing backup to the Director of Customer Service in communication with customers, includingAnswering customer phone calls and taking requests and changesRouting all messages and communications in an accurate, complete and timely mannerProactively communicating with customers as assigned Provide continuing operational liaison between the Customer Service and Operations Departments to ensure the timely transmission of information, requests and needs.Track and follow up requests and changes to ensure they are addressed, and report back to the Director of Customer service and directly to customers Evening and Weekend on call 2 out of 8 weeksPreparing and entering move requests and operational details provided by customers into the Clark computer systemUpdating and confirming move requests and other service items with customers as neededCommunicating all customer requests, changes and operational matters to the relevant people in the Operations Department and ensuring that such matters are addressedTracking and analyzing service failures as requiredTracking and maintaining records and communications related to the Touring Green program Updating elements of the Clark Transfer website on a regular basis.Participating in team-based projects to identify and implement improvements to quality of service on an ongoing basisUndertaking other projects and activities as from time to time may be required.The ideal candidate will:Have an understanding of the logistical and operational modalities of theatrical production and live entertainment industriesHave an understanding of the operational elements of the trucking industryHave a demonstrated commitment to extraordinary excellence in customer service Have a compulsive and unyielding attention to detailBe effective in written and oral communications, including excellent listening skills, accuracy and timelinessBe flexible and willing to adapt to changing needs and circumstances quicklyBe proactive in looking to see what needs to be done to solve or prevent problems and take appropriate actionsBe computer-literate, with good skills in basic business programs including word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, communications and database operations.PI206198665
