• Landmark ProjectJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated Scheduler/Project Controls professional to join our team in the Construction industry. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be working with a team of talented professionals to deliver large-scale construction projects, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues
  • Analyze project data and provide insights to project teams
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and cost estimates
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
  • Support project teams with project controls activities as neededQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in project scheduling and project controls in the construction industry
    • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 software
    • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
