Job Description:

The Judge Group is currently seeking a 1st shift Production Supervisor for a manufacturing facility located near the Williamsport, MD area.Responsibilities:*Will supervise the production floor to ensure on-time production and/or delivery.*Will Train employees to produce above efficiency.*Responsible for evaluating and maintaining quality standards.*Responsible for enforcing safe work practices and good sanitation/housekeeping procedures*Responsible for keeping machines running and working efficiently while reporting and repairs that need to be completed.*Responsible for recommending any improvement in methods and equipment.Qualifications & Requirements:*Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required*Must have 3+ years of experience supervising others in a manufacturing facility*Bilingual speaking a plus*Formal continuous improvement experience is highly desired*Experience with KPIs and production metrics*Experience within a labor intensive manufacturing process a plus!**All qualified candidates are encourage to email current resumes to jhoms judge.com**UI 668008
