Efficiently maintain a high-quality service outlet for repairing client equipment.
Maximize productivity in Repair Operations by delivering timely and top-notch repairs of client tools.
Contribute to the companys financial success through cost control, process improvement, and efficient repair processes.
Provide excellent tool repair service in line with the clients Lifetime Service value proposition.
Key Duties:

Adhere to the Champion 3C Strategy: Customer focus, Concentration on leadership positions, and Commitment to excellence.
Stay updated on technical knowledge through continuous professional development.
Diagnose and perform high-quality repairs on client products using appropriate tools and systems.
Utilize hand scanners for efficient repair processes, from diagnosis to completion.
Conduct final functional and safety testing to ensure customer safety.
Assist in maintaining adequate parts inventory through accurate picking and identification of safety stock levels.
Communicate effectively with customers, sales personnel, and senior repair technicians.
Participate in Tool Repair Workbench Summits to benchmark repairs and standardize processes.
Provide data to quality and product managers for potential improvements.
Maintain organized work areas and tools, following company policies and procedures.
Adhere to safety regulations, wearing required safety equipment in workshop environments.
Lift up to 70 lbs occasionally, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Possess experience in mechanical or electrical repairs, with a preference for familiarity with Windows applications.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Adverse Work Conditions:

Workshop environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust, and particles.
Ability to use hand tools and equipment for power tool disassembly and assembly.
Safety Requirements:

Observe and abide by safety regulations, wearing steel toe boots, safety glasses, safety vest, and other required equipment.
Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 70 lbs occasionally, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours daily during tool repairs.
