We're looking for a top-tier technician to diagnose and repair large HVAC/R systems across commercial and industrial facilities. These aren't basic installs - think chillers, steam boilers, cooling towers, and mission-critical environmental systems used by major manufacturers and research centers.



What You'll Tackle:

- Troubleshoot and repair complex systems - chillers, boilers (steam & hydronic), VRF/VRV, RTUs, towers, VFDs, and more

- Handle service calls independently with professionalism and efficiency

- Use schematics and manuals to diagnose problems and propose fixes

- Keep detailed service records and support customer communication

- Follow all safety protocols and client compliance procedures



What You Bring:

- 2+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience

- Deep familiarity with diagnostic tools, meters, and analyzers

- EPA Universal Certification + OSHA 10 (30 preferred)

- Valid driver's license and clean record

- Ability to climb, lift, and work in a range of environments

- Skilled communicator who takes pride in your work



Bonus Points:

- Experience servicing pharma, food, or heavy industrial buildings

- Factory training (e.g., Carrier, Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, etc.)

- SIMPRO or other service software experience

- Strong electrical or controls knowledge
