Seriously. + A stable, established, and growing business + A leadership team focused on your professional growth and development Job Description What you get to do every day: + Drive complex, large-scale accounts with high-value contracts across many industries + Utilize consultative sales skill sets to pivot among multiple products and service solutions to meet the customer-s business and cybersecurity requirements + Create leads and bring in new logos from identification to proposal to close + Qualify sales leads from market-driven campaigns and partner/customer referrals + Develop a strategy to create a solid book of business for long-term success + Identify and generate new opportunities to expand markets and drive business growth while also enabling increased revenue from current accounts + Effectively manage inbound lead flow as well as execute outbound prospecting activities + Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts at all levels of the organization + Meet or exceed revenue targets + Collaborate with teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities - A real team player + Utilize effective business and technical communication both internally and externally to drive deals + Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop prospect accounts + Work to have a variety of touches (call, email, social, etc.) on all leads in your assigned territory + Generate leads utilizing an individual network, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator to target the right decision-makers in the accounts + Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce + Work in collaboration with marketing to drive attendance at marketing events, webinars, etc. + Attend marketing events and conferences to engage with participants to identify opportunities and set up and schedule meetings + Ask the right questions, conduct discovery, and apply sales methodologies such as Medic/Sandler to move the accounts forward. + Articulate value and uncover needs at each level of an organization + Perform research on companies as a component of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing the web and other research tools available and follow the MPG Sales process + Develop high-quality sales materials, such as scripts, presentations etc. Qualifications US Citizenship required What skills are required? + Minimum of 4 years of sales experience with quota-carrying responsibilities + A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements + Previous tech industry experience or experience in sales development, marketing and/or sales + Hunter who is open to cold-calling, utilizing their vast network, and lead generation while growing the current account base + Knowledge of business processes, roles, and organizational structure + Ability to learn fast and know how to position cybersecurity products and services to potential customers + Tenacious, persistent, confident, and outgoing with a desire to grow and win + Ability to influence others, especially the C-Suite, and build rapport quickly-especially over the phone and digitally + The ability to work internally with all levels of management, VPs, directors, managers, team leads, and the MPG team to move deals forward + The heart and mind of an intrapreneur that is open to change to accomplish the goals of the organization + Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency + Mature, positive, and confident with strong interpersonal skills and a true team player + Excited to be part of a rapidly growing cybersecurity firm at the leading edge of innovation. + The capability to grow and take on more responsibility-we-re looking for folks who want to grow into the next role + Ability and openness to working with the entire team, including helping with partner initiatives to grow the client base + Strong negotiation and multi-tasking skills + Experience working with a sales and marketing technology stack that includes Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales LinkedIn Navigator, and Gong + The ideal candidate will possess both a business and technical background that enables the ability to engage an account at the CXO level with software developers, analysts, and IT architects. + Understands the role of IT within areas of specialization + Deep knowledge of products, solutions, or service offerings and the ability to understand the competition What is ideal? The salary range for this position is typically $120-140k.
