Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Moyer Pest Control, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our pest control services. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our offerings and helping them make informed decisions. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, as your interactions will directly impact the company's reputation and customer retention. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating a positive experience for our clients, fostering long-term relationships and trust across all our service lines. You will work onsite (not remote!!!) in our great Customer Service Center where you can be cross trained on other service lines, increasing your skill level!Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a home services business
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.Responsibilities:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist customers in scheduling appointments and provide detailed information about services offered.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and address customer needs.
    • Be willing to be cross trained on other Moyer Indoor Outdoor lines of businessSkills:The required skills for this position include excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, which are essential for effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Strong organizational skills will help you manage multiple customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
