Job Description:
At Vantor, Inc., a frontrunner in IT and technological services,
we're currently seeking a seasoned Senior USAF Mission Solutions
Executive to lead our sales initiatives within the United States
Air Force sector. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving
the adoption of our cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, data
analytics, and cloud services, ensuring alignment with the
strategic objectives of the USAF. This role requires a deep
understanding of the defense and aerospace market, particularly the
technological needs and operational challenges of the USAF. Key
activities include strategic account management, developing
tailored solutions, and collaborating closely with both our
engineering teams and USAF stakeholders to deliver value-driven,
innovative solutions that enhance mission capabilities and
operational effectiveness. Develop and strengthen relationships
with key USAF stakeholders to understand mission needs and
objectives. Lead the sales process from opportunity identification
through to deal closing, ensuring alignment with both Vantor's
capabilities and USAF's requirements. Collaborate with technical
teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of the USAF
while advancing technological innovation. Monitor market trends and
competitor activities within the defense and aerospace sector to
strategically position Vantor's offerings. Provide regular reports
and insights to senior management on sales progress, market
conditions, and strategic recommendations for increased market
penetration. In-depth knowledge of the USAF operational environment
and procurement processes Strong strategic sales and negotiation
skills Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles Experience with
AI technologies, data analytics, and cloud services Excellent
communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills 401k
PMP certification (preferred) Certification in Sales Management
(CSM) (advantageous)
