Description Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Mission Integrator to: Position Overview: The Senior Mission Integrator provides comprehensive guidance and oversight to ensure government and commercial customers receive tailored solutions aligned with their specific mission requirements. This role involves a deep understanding of customer operational environments and the integration of advanced systems, components, and networks to offer comprehensive and mission-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Mission Alignment: Develop and implement solutions tailored to the unique mission requirements of customers, ensuring alignment with operational needs and strategic goals. - Liaison and Consultation: Act as a bridge between customers, subcontractors, and partners to ensure safe and effective mission accomplishment. Facilitate seamless integration of advanced technologies and systems. - Strategic Development: Assist customers in developing long-term strategies based on operational needs and system capabilities. Provide expert advice to sustain mission success and optimize systems for long-term use. - Industry Leadership: Contribute to the development of new regulations, policies, and operations. Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure customers benefit from the latest advancements in technology and operations. - Training and Standards: Provide guidance and develop methods, standards, and training programs to ensure high performance, safety, and customer service standards are met. - System Integration: Advise customers on system configurations and capabilities for specific mission sets. Collaborate with system and component providers to deliver fully integrated mission solutions. - Mission Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of mission operations, including emergency response, administration, and asset deployment, with a focus on safety and efficiency. - Business Development: Leverage strategic relationships to generate proposals and identify new business opportunities that align with customer needs and advance the organization’s goals. Requirements Qualifications: - Proven experience in mission-focused roles with a strong background in system integration and operational strategy. - Expertise in developing and implementing long-term strategies based on customer needs and system capabilities. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. - Knowledge of industry regulations, policies, and trends, particularly in the marine environment. - Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain high-performance standards and training programs. - Experience in business development and proposal generation to support organizational growth.
