Job Description:
Description This role is working 24 hours a week on day shift.
This position organizes and conducts medically prescribed therapy
programs using theory and skills from respective disciplines of
Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy, to rehabilitate
residents, patients and clients toward their improved functional

more! Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational
Therapy. Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days
of hire. 1 year experience in a rehab or acute care setting. May

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
