Responding to all after hours scheduling and client calls . Ensures
that ongoing client visits are adequately staffed for the following
day. Responsible for covering Call outs, and addressing caregiver
concerns. Calling Caregivers when missed clock in alert is received
Being attentive to any missed clock ins/outs are received *Job
Type: Part-time Benefits: Flexible schedule Referral program
Schedule: after hours from 5pm till 9 am Monday thru Friday every
other week shift Rotating weekends every other week work from home
Towson, MD 21286: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before
starting work (Required) Experience: Customer service: 1 year
(Preferred)Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills:
1 year (Preferred) Must be very organized with attention to detail
and ability to learn computer scheduling software Work Location: In
