Job Description:
UniFirst Corporation, a leader in workplace uniform and
protective wear, is seeking a motivated Territory Sales
Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you
will be pivotal in expanding our outreach and enhancing our service
delivery by targeting and acquiring new business accounts within
your designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a passion
for sales and a keen interest in providing solutions that bolster
client operations through our comprehensive uniform and facility
service programs. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
within the designated territory through cold calling, networking,
and referrals. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client
to securing a deal. Present, promote and sell UniFirst's
products/services aligning with customer needs and requirements.
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and create
reports on status of the territory. Proven ability to negotiate and
close deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the
audience needs. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Sales training
certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record as this position
requires substantial travel within the territory.
