visit grail.com . As the Policy and Reimbursement Lead reporting to
the Vice President of Government Affairs, Policy & Alliance
Development and working closely with highly collaborative
teammates, you will be instrumental in shaping both internal and
external strategies related to broad access policy and specific
public payer engagements / policy initiatives. Your role will
directly contribute to the timely accessibility of our innovative
multi-cancer early detection test and pipeline products through
effective coverage and reimbursement frameworks. You will work
on-site full-time at our office located in Washington DC.
Responsibilities Coverage and Reimbursement Leadership: Navigate
diverse coverage frameworks and leverage government processes
(across CMS and other public payers) to advocate for policies that
facilitate inclusion and support of our products in public
insurance programs. Collaborate closely with the VP, SVP, cross
functional colleagues, and company leadership to execute engagement
strategies that promote comprehensive coverage and meaningful
reimbursement. Manage/direct external consultants on GRAIL public
payer reimbursement activities. In partnership with VP, collaborate
with commercial business units as appropriate to ensure
cross-pollination of public and private payer strategies, including
identifying opportunities for coverage. Coordinate with internal
stakeholders across Commercial, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Regulatory
Affairs, and Marketing to enhance support for product coverage and
reimbursement strategies. Collaborate with HEOR colleagues on
analytics development to demonstrate the value of early cancer
detection for Medicare and other public payers. Work
cross-functionally to support evidence-generation planning for
coverage Acts as a resource on reimbursement and related health
policy issues to internal business areas, industry partners, and
regulatory agencies. Public Policy Strategy: Monitor external
policy developments and industry trends to identify opportunities
and mitigate risks. Lead the development and execution of policy
strategies on federal and state legislative and regulatory issues.
Produce and spearhead comment letters on behalf of GRAIL and
actively participate in policy discussions to align on company
policy positions. Support government affairs and strategic
alliances through coordinated engagement, policy research projects,
material development, and other contributions. Engage with industry
trade associations to promote and align on company policy
priorities. Develop and maintain processes to ensure organizational
awareness of government policies affecting GRAIL and respond to
such policies in collaboration with internal government affairs and
business partners. These responsibilities summarize the role’s

change at the company’s discretion. Required Qualifications Minimum
of 15 years of experience in public policy at the national or state
level, with a focus on healthcare product coverage and payment.
Proven leadership in navigating complex policy issues and
implementing strategic reimbursement plans. Extensive knowledge of
public program coverage, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Preferred
Qualifications Understanding of the molecular diagnostics and
screening market is preferred. Strong capability to develop and
maintain robust internal and external relationships, enhancing the
company’s policy positions. Exceptional interpersonal,
communication, and organizational skills. Innovative, energetic,
and resourceful with a diplomatic and intuitive approach.

Environment The role is a combination of time spent in our
Washington DC office, the Hill and your home office. You must be
flexible to work where needed. The expected, full-time, annual base
pay scale for this position is $223K-$319K. Actual base pay will be
determined by factors such as: job level, job-related knowledge,
skills, experience, and location. Based on the role, colleagues may
be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company
and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a
long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success
